Viewing and cancelling my bookings
Everything you have booked, upcoming and past, with the detail of each outing and the cancel button where it applies.
-
Open the list
“My bookings”, in the top bar. Each line carries the time, the activity name, the number of places, the reference, the amount and a status.
-
Open a booking
Click the activity name, or “Details”. The page repeats the reference, the location, the meeting point, what to bring if there is an instruction, and the name of the dog booked in.
-
Act from that page
Everything happens from there: paying if the booking is waiting for settlement, cancelling if it is confirmed. Which buttons appear depends on the status.
-
Put the appointment back in your calendar
Under every confirmed upcoming activity, a line offers to put it back in your calendar — Google Calendar, or a file the other programs can read. It is there for the day the date has vanished from your phone: nothing is lost on our side, and you do not have to dig out the confirmation email.
What each status means
| Status | What to understand |
|---|---|
| to be paid | The place is held but the payment did not go through. It will go back on sale at the end of the delay shown on the page. |
| confirmed | The place is yours. A reminder will reach you before the date. |
| past | The activity took place. The invoice follows, if one is due. |
| cancelled | The booking was cancelled — by you, or by us if the outing could not be held. |
| absent | The activity took place and you were not there, without having cancelled. |
Cancelling a booking
Cancelling is done from the booking's own page, never from the list: that is what stops the wrong line being picked.
-
Check the deadline
The page states until when cancelling entitles you to a refund. That deadline belongs to each activity and was announced to you when you booked; it does not change afterwards.
-
Confirm
Before the deadline, one button is enough. The refund follows automatically, in the form you paid: credits returned to your account, or the amount refunded to the means of payment used.
Waiting lists
If you are on any waiting lists, they appear under your bookings with the number of places you asked for. A badge signals that a place has just opened. You leave a list from the activity's page.
Common questions
- When will I be refunded?
- Credits come back to your account immediately. A refund in money is requested from the bank at once and usually takes a few working days to appear on your statement.
- The cancellation deadline isn't the same everywhere.
- That is normal: each activity carries its own, set when it was created. The one that counts is the one shown on your booking, and it no longer moves once the place is taken.
- My booking was cancelled without my doing anything.
- The outing was cancelled by the organiser. The refund is automatic and an email explains it.
- I'm marked absent although I was there.
- Attendance is marked on site, by hand. Tell us about the mistake: it can be corrected.
