Changing my details
Part of your details can be changed from “My account”. The rest — name, address, phone, email — is corrected on request, because those details appear on invoices already issued.
| Detail | Who changes it |
|---|---|
| Your dog's name | You, from the site |
| The three permissions: pictures, participant list and news | You, from the site |
| The site language and the light or dark display | You, from the site |
| Your password | You, from the site |
| Your first name and surname | Us, at your request |
| Your postal address | Us, at your request |
| Your phone number | Us, at your request |
| Your email address | Us, at your request |
What you change yourself
-
Open “My account”
In the top bar. The first section carries your dog's name and the three permissions.
-
Revisit the permissions
The first allows pictures of your dog to be taken and published. The last decides whether you receive our news. The second decides what represents you on an activity's participant list:
- Nothing — you are counted among those signed up, without being named.
- Your first name alone.
- Your dog's name alone.
- Both, for example “Henry and Thya”.
-
Save
The change takes effect at once, including on activities already booked. Withdrawing a permission removes your name from the lists where it appeared.
-
The password
There is no password-change screen: use “Forgotten password” and follow the link you receive. It is the same operation, with the advantage of closing every session you have open, on every device.
What is corrected on request
Your first name, surname, postal address, phone number and email address cannot be changed from the site. These are the details that appear on invoices, and an identity that changed by itself between two accounting documents would cause more problems than it solved.
Write to us, or tell us at the next session: the correction is made the same day and there is nothing else for you to do.
Common questions
- I want to see everything you hold about me.
- The export button hands you a file containing your account, your profile, your bookings, your credits, your invoices and your consents: Download my data
- Can I withdraw a permission I have given?
- Yes, at any time and without having to justify it. Untick, save, done. The date on which you gave your permission for pictures stays shown for as long as that permission holds.
- I allowed my dog's name but it doesn't appear.
- The “dog's name” field is probably empty. Your first name is not shown instead: that would publish what you did not allow.
- How do I change the language or switch to dark display?
- Both are set at the bottom of any page, in the footer. Your choice follows you from page to page.
