Finding my invoices
Your invoices and credit notes are gathered in your account area, as PDF files. They also reach you by email.
-
Open the list
“My invoices”, in the top bar. Each line carries the number, the date of issue and the amount. A credit note is marked as such.
-
Download the document
The “Download” link opens the PDF. It is identical to the one received by email: you can lose the message without losing the invoice.
-
Check what it carries
The invoice repeats your name and address as they were at the moment of issue, our own details, and the VAT regime applied. That information is frozen: it is precisely what gives the document its value.
When an invoice is issued
Not every booking gives rise to an invoice, and that is not an oversight.
| Situation | Invoice |
|---|---|
| Session paid in money, and held | Yes, issued after the session and sent by email. |
| Session paid with credits | No — the sale was invoiced when the plan was bought. |
| Purchase of a subscription plan | Yes, as soon as the payment is confirmed, without waiting for any session. |
| Session held but never collected | No, as long as the payment has not been made. |
| Booking refunded after invoicing | A credit note is issued; the original invoice remains available. |
Common questions
- I can't find the invoice for a session.
- Check first in the table above that one was due, then that the session actually took place — the invoice only goes out afterwards. If both are true, let us know.
- My address has changed and the invoice carries the old one.
- An issued invoice is never modified; the law requires it. Have your address corrected and the following ones will carry the new one. See Changing my details
- There is no VAT on my invoice.
- The regime applied is stated on the document. Under the small-business exemption, VAT is not charged separately: the price shown is the final price.
- How long do my invoices stay available?
- They stay downloadable here for as long as your account exists. If you close it, they are kept on our side for accounting, but you no longer have access to them: take them with you beforehand.
